I have enjoyed using HP Smart for a long time and it has been extremely helpful for me. 
However, recently an issue has developed that has made it virtually unusable. 
When I attempt to use the Printer Scan feature on multiple pages (most recently up to 13), it will scan all of the pages, but then when it goes from scanning to the Preview, only a portion of the pages show up.  I then have to figure out which pages are missing, rescan those, and then have the same problem with those pages, requiring me to rescan additional pages until all of the pages finally show up in the preview and are available to me. 
This process takes an inordinate amount of time, making the app virtually unusable.  I have not tried to fax these documents for this reason as I assume that I would have this same problem and the recipient would not receive the entire file.   Any advice??
