Printer does not print from email

 I just set up HP Tango printer and it will print tool papers, from another cell phone from email, but will not print from my email. Installed on IPad Air 2. Any suggestions?

A quick check of the App information shows HP Smart for iOS requires iOS version 11.0 or later.  

You do want to be connected to the same network as the printer.
