Product: Envy Photo 7155

Installed new printer and worked fine for a few weeks. Suddenly just stopped printing. Message says printing, shows nothing is waiting to print. Doesn't even make a noise that it is trying to print. Wifi is connected, have removed from programs and reinstalled, restarted both printer and PC. Have followed all steps. Will not print from any devise. Previously could print from PC, phone and Ipad. 

How do I make it print please.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following-

 

What is the Operating System installed on your computer?

Is there any error message when you try to print?

Are you able to print from other devices?

Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
