Product: Envy 7100 series
Operating System: iOS

I recently changed my router. Afterwards I successfully connected my envy 7134 to the new wifi but my phone (galaxy 10) is not recognising it. I've restarted both phone and printer, restored network settings and re-connected to wifi but still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas because the hp virtual assistant is a total waste of space.

Are you getting any error message while printing from your galaxy phone?

Which application are you using to print?

Are you able to print from any other device which is connected to this printer?
