HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer

Ever since I have purchased this printer, the HP Office Jet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer, when I put paper in it to print, even one or two sheets of coy paper, it has said that there is a paper jam. I have tried to clear everything out of the printer and try to print again, it still says paper jam. This issue has occurred since I have first purchased the printer and now the printer warranty has expired. Any advice or support would would be appreciated.

What type and size of paper do you use?

To check the compatible/supported papers on this printer, refer to the product specifications.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

To know and verify how to load papers into the printer, click here

 

To clear any paper jams in the printer, perform the steps mentioned in this document.

I use the normal size paper for printing letters and such. The problem started when I took the printer out of the box and tried it. Why should I need to check the firmware or anything else when it was that new? My main point is that the printer was new and just taken out of the box. It is supposed to work right out of the box and not have such problems.  As far as loading paper into the printer, I have been using printers and for over 20 years now. I know how to load printer paper.

I understand. HP regularly releases new printer firmware versions with product enhancements or issue fixes. Depending on your printer, apps on the printer control panel might also receive updates. Hence a firmware update was suggested.

 

If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
