Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

One of my printers no longer shows up in the HP Smart App on my Windows 11 PC.  It used to show up with my other printer, but suddenly, it was gone.  When I go to my HP Account, it still shows up as one of my printers.  I can also see it and print to it from my Android HP Smart App on my phone.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the HP App from my PC twice.  This printer also disappeared from the iOS HP Smart App on my fiancee's iPhone as well.  Has anyone else had this issue or have a fix for this?  This printer is at my mother-in-law's house so I don't have direct access to it cur
