Hi guys! So I've tried multiple things in trying to get this printer to print. I have given it an update, restarted my printer, computer, and router. The virtual assistance did not help at all, I need human help! Any tips? Am I just doing something wrong? Every time I print it goes through and the paper comes out blank. The ink cartridges are about 60% full, I haven't tried buying new cartridges. I am a college student so the cheapest option is usually the one I go with. Anyways, any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated!

I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Load clean, white U.S. Letter or A4 paper in the input tray, if necessary.
Touch and hold the Power button (), and then press the Cancel button ().
Let go of the Cancel button and then the Power button. The test page prints.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
