I’ve had this printer for over a year and when I initially set it up I used it with no problem. Now I’ve moved and even though it turns on, when i go to my HP Smart app and try to print something off, it says there is a problem and to go check the printer. The connection button is flashing so I press it and it prints out two sheets of paper, the first with a cell phone on the left and a computer below it. The second page has a picture of a printer. I don’t know if its not connected to my internet, but when I check the app it has a picture of my printer with a green check mark and says estimated supply levels are high. I’m not tech savvy in the least could someone help walk me through this

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and then connect the Printer again and print. If the issue persists, restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
