Product: Office jet pro 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All of if sudden my printer won’t connect to the wireless internet. I went though all of tech support as well as calling HP on the phone. Nothing works. Does HP even offer to repair it if I’m past warrantee? I need this working for work and school.

Hi,

Does the printer fail to connect to the internet, or may fail to connect to the wireless network itself?

 

What exact error is shown?

 

What exact router brand and model do you use? maybe Verizon FIOS by any chance?
