My printer is not printing. I am connected to wifi and the ink levels still show ink in them. The printer will print but every page comes out blank.

Hi @jaredham6 ,

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

Does the printer makes printing noises?

I think this may be a faulty / empty cartridge. Please print out a diagnostics report. After that, scan it and upload it here to the community. It would help a lot to identify the problem. 🙂

To print the report,

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup

  2. Touch Tools.
  3. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Before uploading the report, please make sure to remove the Serial Number (SN).

Thanks!

Nils
