To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:
Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
Have you tried printing a test page on the printer? If no, here is how you do it-

Load clean, white U.S. Letter or A4 paper in the input tray, if necessary.

Touch and hold the Power button (
), and then press the Cancel button (
). -
Let go of the Cancel button and then the Power button. The test page prints.
If the test page appears blank, we will have to perform print quality-related troubleshooting, and I'd like to know if you have a computer to which the printer is connected? If not, do you have the HP Smart App installed on the iOS device?
