Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
My phone stopped connecting to my envy 5540 printer, showes as unavailable. The same with my husbands IPhone
It still connects to the computer, shows as ready and prints ok from the pc, but not from your phones.
Was wondering if this issue can be solved (tried to reinstall hp app on my phone, reconnect printer and phones to wifi etc)

Let's restore the printer settings.
Go to the setup menu>tools>Restore Factory Defaults
Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi.
