Printer update

HP Recommended

I have had my printer connected wirelessly with no problems.  I saw in the HP Support Assistant that I had an update available.  I have tried twice to update but keep getting into an endless loop where I'm supposed to connect the printer that is already connected. When I say it's connected, it takes me back to a screen that says to connect.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
