Hello I’ve had a problems trying to connect to subscribe to the instant ink service, I’m connected through the hp smart app. Attached arrive message when I try to subscribe.

many help greatly appreciated.

I understand you are not able to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

 

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

If the issue persists, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here

Hello I fortunately the issue is still not fixed, I’ve followed the steps several times and still can’t enrol .
