Product: Officejet 4650
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

First, this problem just began. I can print some things and not others. I am printing from a Samsung Galaxy Tab A to an HP Officejet 4650. Printer is correctly connected to tablet via wi-fi and bluetooth. Okay, here is the problem. After you have chosen something to print, print preview appears, as does print icon. Once you press on print icon, the icon disappears, but document does not print out.

HP Recommended

On your phone turn off Bluetooth.

Try to print wireless.

If that works, turn on Bluetooth, and delete the printer from your phones Bluetooth connection.
