Printer woes

Envy printer 7800

According to hp my warranty has now expired. What is going on with hp???? Are they nuts???  Inquired of the tech just today, Charles, about warranty status and he assured me it is and will be under warranty for one year ( bought May 23/2019. This is beginning to really upset me. Lord have mercy.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
