Printer won't print certain pictures

I can't get a screenshot to print..( of my father) r.i.p.  paper goes thru but doesn't actually print the picture. Prints reports and everything else.

Welcome to the HP Community.

Screenshots might work differently on Operating System "Other" (for example, not Windows, not iOS, not MacOS).

Depending on the device you are using, you might need to Snip and then Save the image to that device.

After the image is saved as a .jpg file, open the file and print the photo.

HP Smart Mobile can scan an object using the camera on your device. 

HP Smart Mobile can also open a saved file in your device or in Cloud Storage and either Print or Share (send via email) the file to your choice of recipients.

 If you want to be able to access the content from other devices, do save the file in your Cloud Storage compartment.
