Printer won’t print from any device.

I have a HP Office jet 4630 it will not print from any device. It will scan and make copies. It is connect to WiFi. The laptop that I’m trying to print from the printer icon says one print in pending. 
I’ve tried to unplug it from the cord back of the printer, removed the ink cartridges and put them back in. I could use help to fix it. My son needs to print doc for school work 😩

What is the Operating System installed on the computer?

Is there any error message when you try to print?

Use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
