Help!!My printer wont print form my phone, emails to my printer and wont print copies in color only black and is verry light. I Hv cleand heds, hv put new cartiges my old black cartdrge is like 60% full my clors are like 30% full. So I change them to new ones. And still wont print, my email only printed last page like 1/4 of the page in black ink. My copy only makes lines in pale black NOT in color. Page is blank

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink is Not Printing
Clean the printhead twice and print a quality report.
If the issue persists, I/m afraid this is a hardware failure as you have already replaced the ink cartridges.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
