I’m a new hp owner. When the test ink ran out there were jobs in the queue. Replaced ink and now getting the “printer busy” message. I thought clearing the queue would be simple. There’s a list of sophisticated instructions done on either a Mac or Windows - Computers. I’m using an iPad. - so what do mobile device users do about this. Having to remove drivers just to clear unwanted prints in queue seems extreme. Usually you just hit delete. This can’t be an out of the ordinary situation.
