Please perform the steps below:-
1) While the printer is On, disconnect the power cord directly from the rear, leave it for 2 minutes.
2) Pull the Tray and look for any jammed paper or any foreign material stuck inside. Remove them if found.
3) Ensure to properly fit the trays back.
4) Lift the top cover and look for any jam inside, remove them.
5) Connect the unit directly to a wall outlet, no surge protector.
