HP Envy Photo 7855
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have recently set up web services for my HP Envy Photo 7855 so I can print from my mobile phone. When I tried to print an email message from my mobile phone, printed keeps stating need to add 5 x 7 paper to print. ?

Hi,

Open and close the paper input tray and evaluate the shown prompt, ensure the printer is set to the proper Paper Size and Paper Type, else click No or Edit to change it.

Thanks Shlomil for replying so quickly. (there was no problem with printer settings) After posting my question, realized had sent a jpeg photo to print, so I am guessing it is why printer was asking for 5 x7 paper. Am I correct on this?  I did also forward a regular email message to the printer and had no problems with it printing it.
