So I printed something off the internet using my HP app, but it stopped and would not let me finish printing it. I tried to go back to the website and log in to get my history to reprint it but it will not let me now. (It was time sensitive) How do I find that document through the app so that I can print it off again? I have looked up several different ways to do it online but nothing has worked since I am working from my phone and not my computer. Thanks!

If you have downloaded the document then it should be found under the downloads section on your phone

Please note you can only print PDF and JPEG Format on HP Smart App.

If you are printing anything from online it's best you download the file first and then print it as PDF or JPEG

Thank you
