HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer

My iPhone and iPad will not print in colour to my printer, there is no option to select colour (there used to be) it will print fine from my laptop. I have tried updating all software, turning all devices on and off, reinstalling Hp software, it will photo copy in colour. Very frustrating and no support or response from Hp online?

Hi @nic28,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that your HP DeskJet 2632 All-In-One Printer does not print in color from iPhone and iPad.

Please follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall HP Smart App:

Step 1: Uninstall HP Smart App.

1. Navigate to and open Settings

2. Select Apps or Application Manager from the device Settings

3. Select HP Smart

4. Select Uninstall

Step 2: Reinstall HP Smart App.

1. Download the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPad OS),

or HP Smart - Microsoft Store (Windows),

or HP Smart - Mac App Store (Mac).

2. Open the HP Smart app.

3. The app searches for recently installed printers.

- If your printer displays, click it. If you are setting up a new printer, it might display with Set-Up under the name.

- If your printer does not display, click the Plus sign, and then follow the on-screen prompts to add your printer or set up a new printer.

Unfortunately I tried all of these suggestions and still I can only print in black and white, test pages and reports will print in colour from my iPhone but photos and documents immediately revert to black and white with no option to change. Thinking I may as well cancel my membership now? Wondering if the latest update to iOS 16 is anything to do with it?

Hi, as far as I can see then I need to pay over £20 for a technical support phone call to resolve the problem? Thank you for your previous replies

i am having exactly the same issue and think i need to cancel my membership too and just get another brand of printer. Can you help HP experts?

That’s what I’m thinking probably cancel the membership, not worth paying for printing when I can’t print 😕
