Printing only partial ie top half comes out

Printer only gives me half a page rather than full page of printing.  Any ideas please?

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

• What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
• Which application are you trying to print from?
• Does the print preview appear fine before you send the print job to the printer?
• Have you tried printing from a different application? If no, please try.
• How is the printer connected to the computer?

Hi - to answer your questions

when I photocopy from the printer itself only a portion of the page comes out.  Most annoying.

When delivered received only 2 cartridges.  The printer didn't have any installed.  I understood there should be 3.

Whenever I photocopy the printer asks for the cartridge to be replaced.  So I take it out and put it back and then it works again.

When I print from my mac it is fine.  Haven't tried from my mobile as yet as probably won't need to.  Use it wirelessly.

Thanks for replying!

The printer only uses 2 ink cartridges and not 3.

I see that your printer works fine for printing, to resolve any copy issues, follow the steps from the document Resolving Copy Problems.
