My printer has just started chopping off the last few lines and top lines of my prints. It's also printing out of order. 

No settings have been changed and no error message appears!

Which Envy Printer do you have? Does this happen while copying too?

 

Try updating the firmware: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
