Prints from Mac Desktop, iPhone and Chromebook all look like they've printed, but they have not.

Have a deskjet 8600 N1911a that worked OK until today.   I downloaded newest OS version on desktop.  Now I can't print from any of my devices.   I've tried everything.....download of latest HP software - firmware version CLP1CN1829AR  Network status says "ready" with wireless connection active.  Reset Network and new test results show pass and signal is excellent.  I'm at my wits end here!

My nephew reinput the printer address on the mac to get it to work.  After a week, now the chromebook works, with absolutely no changes.
