HP Deskjet 2600 All in One Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can´t access the printer(Deskjet 2600 series) setting in order to do a factory reset … The username and Password for the setting are set but I forgot them.

How can I reset them so I can access the advanced setting again?

@Abdo12, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The only option is to reset the network settings on the printer and then reconfigure the printer on the network. Here is how you do it-

  1. Turn on the printer. If the printer is in sleep mode, press the Cancel button on the control panel.

  2. On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button for at least 3 seconds or until the wireless light starts to flash. Restart the printer and connect to the network.

Try editing the settings.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
