Problems with brand new printer and no support

Hi everyone,

Just bought a brand new mobile printer (200) from Amazon. Firstly, it smelled poisonous and we all felt dizzy. I take it that this is now normal but does  this plastic/chemical toxin ever go away? Previous printers have not smelled. Secondly, when I tried to register it with the serial number, the message came back that it ran out of warranty in 2017. As there is no one to talk to, I'm a bit lost.  

Thirdly, it knocked out the main HP printer (which is not wireless) and when I tried to attach a USB connection to the computer which isn't wireless either, I found I couldn't do it as per video. It seems that you can set it up either as a wireless printer or a USB one but not both.  If there is no wireless connection, you have to download the software, and waste time. 

Not a great experience sofar.

You probably received a printer from an old stock that was sitting somewhere in a warehouse for several years before you bought it that's why warranty expired in 2017. and had an odd smell.

I would check expiration dates on ink cartridges too if the expired I would return that product. Each cartridge has stamped expiration date if the cartridges are expired too your printer is very very old stock.
