Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As many of you already know, google cloud print will be gone by the end of the year. We are exploring alternative options to google's service which we use heavily on a daily basis. HP has a feature called ePrint which would allow us to print remotely from anywhere but it only works as an email. Is there any other way (paid or included) that would allow us to remotely print from a PC (file print) without needing to email the file which is an inconvenience for the sender and it lacks options for the print job. We are a business with multiple locations that only have stand alone printers.

Hi,

You may install and use the HP ePrint software:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-eprint-software/5098100

You may also consult its user guide below:

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04932017

With the software, you may add the printer using its HP ePrint address and create a virtual queue, so printing to this queue will print remotely.
