Random Ghost pages printing with giberish

HP Recommended
HP Envy Photo 7800 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been getting random ghost pages printing from my printer with gibberish header lines.
even when all computers in the house are turned off. i can come home from work after no one has been home and there will be pages sitting there.
i have done the reset that was suggested in previous posts and have disabled all online or mobile printing thinking it could be that. i have updated the firmware and still the same thing.
i need to get this resolved as it is costing me $$ in paper.

@Bamezola

Welcome to HP support community.

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor to automatically identify and resolve the issue.
