Product: HP Envy 5020

I just got the HP Envy 5020 a week ago and today someone elses printing came out of the printer.

I am the only one who has installed the printer in the house. 

The wifi is password protected.

 

How could someone else print to my printer and more importantly how do I stop them from doing it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Make sure the Wi-Fi Direct is off:

 

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch (Wi-Fi Direct). 2. Touch ( Settings ).
