HP Envy 5032 same error code
I have pulled the plug and turned back on
I have taken the ink cartridges out and replaced
Still displaying error code
The problem seems to have been the paper jamming and then the ink dumping its load causing a splodge.

- Step 1: Clear jammed paper from the printer
- Step 2: Make sure the carriage moves freely
- Step 3: Use an automated tool to clean ink smears
- Step 4: Clean the paper feed rollers
- Step 5: Reset the printer
