Hi, i have the same problem. I don't seem to be offered the 4 months free ink trial i got with my Envy Pro 6430 which was delivered yesterday.

Hi 

 

For some reason this feature is not available for me. I have looked everywhere. There is no DM feature. I also did not receive a notification to having a message. 

 

Please get in touch asap

i logged on using a laptop and the message icon is now appearing. it should be made clear this DM function doesnt work on mobile! i also have zero messages in my inbox.

Hi. I sent it on the same day. absolute palava.

I resent it again and followed up as well on PM.

 

You offer this to customers and you make it difficult for them to get it when you advertise it. So unprofessional!

Hello

 

I cant see the credit but it does say 'enjoy free months' so as long as thats 4 free months, I will keep an eye on it over the next few months thanks. 

 

Its all very confusing and really not simple. You should make it easy for customers and not difficult. Ive wasted so much time just to sort this out. Unacceptable.  Thanks for sorting anyway. Lets hope the credit has been applied properly.
