Recover my printer password

I have an HP Photosmart 7520 wireless printer. I am unable to print from my Android. My phone is requesting a password and I am unable to recall the password.

I reviewed your post and I understand that when you are trying to print from your phone the printer is asking for a password.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Are you using the Wifi Direct function or the HP Smart app?

Are you able to make a copy?

In case if you are using the Wifi Direct function, I recommend you try using he HP Smart app and check whether you can print from your phone.

I was attempting to print from the WiFi direct function. I downloaded the HP Smart App and am able to print my documents and photos. However, I attempted to print an email correspondence and was not able to print from the HP app. It directs me to us the Print or Share option in the Chrome menu. Attempted to print without success. Any other suggestions?

Are you using any email client? (Like Windows Mail or Outlook) or you are trying to print from the browser?

In case if you are trying to print from the browser then try using a different browser and check.
