When I email colour documents to my printer (to print them remotely), they print in colour, but is there a way or a setting to set  the printer to  them in black & white only?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Yes, there is. Let us know which device is your Printer connected to.

Thanks!

I am emailing the doc(s)  from my Android Pixel 4a phone via my **bleep** app.
Now that you have asked for this detail, should I infer that the procedure would be different if I emailed the doc(s) from my iPad or the Mail app on my MB Pro, for example?

Thank you.
