Reset EWS password

HP Recommended
Deskjet 26652
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been using my DJ2652 via USB for a couple years, but I need to relocate it and would like to use WiFi.  However, even after resetting the network (holding WiFi button and Cancel) the ID/PW on the EWS page prevents me from changing any settings.  I've been able to get into the EWS (purchased factory reconditioned off WOOT).  Is there a way to factory reset that also resets the EWS PW?  Thanks

Hi Asmita,

If possible, please provide some insights on how to contact HP support.  I'm in the US, I followed the link, but it takes me back to the HP forum site.  Is there anyway to contact HP support directly?

Thanks,

-AC
