Product: HP OfficeJet 6962

I have an HP OJ 6962 all-in-one printer/scanner/fax and it is working great for wireless printing.  However, when I scan a document to email (outlook mail) all that is received is the email from eprintcenter but no scanned attachment.  The printer appears to be performing the scan and the email itself is being received - just without any attachment.  I do not see it in my junk emails either.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!  Chrystal

Have you tried to send one to a non Outlook email account
