Set up my new HP OfficceJet 5252. “Web Services required” What is that??

iOS 12 - 12.0.1

I am trying to set up my new HP OfficeJet 5252 printer. I have gotten to the point, in setup, where it tells me: “Web Services are required”.  When I click “OK” it tell me “Visit 123.hp.com on a smartphone, tablet or computer to continue setup.”  I did that, and all that page says is to downloat the HP app, which I did in the beginning.

So, I clicked on Support and Troubleshooting, at the bottom of the page, and typed in “What is web Services”, after going through the steps, to find my printer and IOS, I got to a screen that supposedly tells me how to turn on web services. But it shows me a touch screen that does not show up on my printer screen.  I’m at a stand still, and ready to explode!!! Why doesn’t HP have a customer support line for helping people through setup???  I’m not an idiot, and I can usually muddle my way through set up of electronic gadgets. But this has me stumped and I don’t have a clue about where to go from here. It sure would be helpful, if I had a live person I could talk to, who could walk me through the remaining steps, so I can finally use my new printer.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions, for where I can get help????
