Product: Desk Jet 2720e
Operating System: iOS

Hello, I’ve just bought a new printer DeskJet 2720e. With the original cartridges from HP it prints so slow (from the beginning), that I’ve never seen something like this. For now I have only tried to print with my iPhone through the Smart App, but honestly it’s quite frustrating for me. Do you know what can be the issue of that?

Do the copies also print this slow?

 

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App. Also, update the Printer firmware: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
