HP Recommended
Product: Pagewide 477DW
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I just purchase the Pagewide 477dw which supports double sided scanning but the HP Smart App doesnt allow two sided printing. Why is this given that your old app supported two sided printing and you're selling the printer on the basis that it is supported by a 'smart app' and you're selling the printer as being a two sided scanner.

 

If you cant resolve this for me I'm going to have to insist on a refund or I'm going to have to report HP to trading standards for unfair selling practices.
