Tango does not resume print if paper runs out

If I run out of paper on a print job, the printer does not resume but instead I have to reprint the entire document again. Doesn’t seem right to have to count out paper ahead of printing to avoid this happening. Any other suggestions ?

Hi @Mskro-75

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Which application are you using to print?
  • Have you tried printing different documents and check if the issue persists?

For now, let us try these steps:

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on the iOS device

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
