The printer doesn't print even if it's well connected and ready status

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On the Hp Smart App I can see that the printer is correctly connected to the Wifi and the status indicated is ready to print. However, when I try to print some document, both from the pc and from the smartphone, the printer doesn't answer and the documents keep in a sort of  stand-by status.

Hello 

 

I have same issue, Printer READY and Connected but when try to print I got Error.
