Touchscreen keyboard on HP Envy printer does not have required characters for network password

HP Recommended
HP Envy Photo 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When entering the WiFi network password I discovered that the touchscreen keyboard does not support a full range of characters, specifically &. This means that I cannot connect wirelessly to the desired network. Is there a way around this either by connecting a keyboard or adding to the available characters?

@Oxford1360 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to enter the Wifi password.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

At the left bottom corner of the keyboard, you will find a "123?" button, tap tat to see the symbols that you have required.

Please refer to the below link to troubleshoot the issue.
