When we attempt to forward a PDF to our designated email for printing using our Envy 7640, it prints incorrectly. It almost appears that it attempts to translate the file when printing. Since this is a homework assignment it causes issues and it has to be printed again. Since we use instant ink that is frustrating. Any ideas how to correct this? Both times we've had this occur the PDF was created on an iPad, emailed using Gmail to another gmail account and then forwarded to our @hpeprint.com email.
