I can’t log into the Hp Smart app from my IPhone ( I don’t have problem logging in from my iPad) 

I have updated software and nothing is changing... any idea on what to do??

so frustrating...

Hi,

What exactly happens when you try logging in from your iPhone? What exact error message or behavior is shown when trying so?

Basically when I click on the “Next” button, nothing happens.... and when I refresh the page this message appears:

An error occurred. The connection timed out due to inactivity or the server is unable to respond.”

 

I have been trying to log in the last week and this happens always...

Please try uninstalling the HP Smart app, then try reinstalling it from http://123.hp.com/

 

Try signing in and check if you may see any difference.

 

If you don't see any change, please turn off WiFi for the iPhone and check if you may see any difference when trying to log on via your Cellular internet service, and also check using your Home WiFi connection, to see if there might be any difference among one of the internet connection types.

I’ve just tried to go with my mobile internet amd nothing happened, I swap to wifi and same thing... I don’t really know what else to do...
