Product: Envy 4520
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I've already tried trouble shooting with virtual agent and taking many different steps to fix this, but everytime I try to print from my phone it says printer is unavailable. I used to be able to do it, no problem. Have no idea what could be the problem.

Are you using the HP Smart App?

Have you tried the WiFi Direct printing option?

 

Could you quickly elaborate on the steps performed so that we can avoid them?
