Product: HP ENVY 5546 Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I am trying to print on photo paper. It keeps coming back with 'Load paper and press ok' its got enough paper in and it's the correct way up with the glossy side facing down.

How can I get it to print again. It used to always print photos. Now all I can get to print is on normal A4 paper.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App on your phone and try again.
