Trying to set up mobile printing through the HP smart app for Laser Jet Pro M118dw - I get the instructions to connect to the printer's network, however when prompted for a password I don't recall setting one - is there a way to reset this?

@Sim9

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

Are you using an Android Phone or iPhone?

Also let me know if you are connecting through your Home Wireless Network ( Router ) or using the Printer's WiFi-Direct Feature?

If you are using your Home Wireless Network then you need to enter your WiFi-Network Password ( Router Password )

If you are using the WiFi-Direct Feature, try the default password 12345678

Thank you
