Dear Team,
I did a cold reset of my printer as it was showing offline in HPsmart app. However after cold reset i am not able to setup the printer. the printer is able to connect to wifi, however it's not detecting from computer or mobile device. sometimes it shows of online and available to setup, but during accessories setup, it shows system encountered unknown error.
